Fall 2026, Winter & Spring 2027 Season rates are subject to increase and have not been set for the next season.  The rates will be set in July of 2026 after we complete our season.

All packages are subject to Value Added Tax of 10%

Lodge Capacity:

16 guests based on 2 guests per cabin.

Fishing Rate Includes:

Accommodations; guided flats fishing; all meals; round trip local airport to lodge transfer; beverages including house wines, bar liquors, beer, purified drinking water, soft drinks; wireless connection, VOIP telephone calls (no charge within North America).

Not Included:

Air fare; some wines and liquors; fishing license $20 per person, Bahamian departure tax of $29 where applicable; and items of a personal nature such as fly shop purchases; Gratuities for fishing guides and ground staff; Guides gratuity suggested amount: $150 to $200 per guide per day - given to guide in cash at the end of each day, Lodge Staff $50 per guest per night - given to manager at check out  - cash or credit card, sorry no cheques.

Deposit, Cancellation/Refund:

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation and is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded, less a fee of $250/person, if written cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Thereafter the individual is responsible for the total land cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement (client’s responsibility) is found. No refund can be made for unused arrangements or fishing time lost due to inclement weather.
